Oscar Appoints Paul S. Lynch as Senior Vice President of Sales

HANOVER, N.H. – October 13, 2026 – Oscar, the technology company providing the world’s most comprehensive real-time map of the global internet, today announced the appointment of Paul Lynch as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales. Lynch will lead Oscar’s global sales organization and commercial growth strategy as the company expands its internet mapping and security intelligence capabilities across the enterprise market.

Lynch brings more than two decades of sales leadership across cybersecurity, threat hunting and enterprise analytics. He previously served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Sqrrl Data, a cybersecurity threat hunting platform born out of the National Security Agency (NSA) and later acquired by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
